We absolutely hope you love your That Ara Girl order, we know that occasionally things don’t quite work out. If you do need to make a return, please follow the steps below. If you have any questions, please feel free to reach out to our team anytime on customerexperience@thataragirl.com

Please note;

  • We accept returns of products within 14 days of delivery.

  • All products must be returned in their original condition, with labels and hangtags attached, and all items must be returned in their original packaging, and satin pajama bags.

  • Please read our terms and conditions below for what items can, or cannot be returned or exchanged.

  • We do not cover the return shipping costs for items that are to be returned for a refund.

What are your returns and exchange policies?

We hope you will love your TAG as much as we do, but if you for whatever reason would like to return your order, we are of course more than happy to assist you

Returns and exchanges must be initiated within 14 days from the date of delivery.
All labels, hang tags, and packaging, such as satin pajama bags, must be returned still attached to the item. All items must be unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging and original condition. Any item that is not in its original condition will not be accepted as a return, nor a refund granted.

We ask all customers to return their items in the original mailer as well as it is a recycled plastic bag and we would like to minimize waste.

Exchanges

Unfortunately, We do not offer exchanges. Please return your item for a refund and place a new order.

How can I make a return?

Please follow these steps to return your purchase for a refund. Alternatively, you can also make an exchange for any other size or style.

  1. Login to the returns portal using your order ID and email address. Here you’ll be able to select the item(s) you’ll be returning. Fill in the information requested and then follow the steps to send back your item to our warehouse.
  2. Your refund will be issued once our team has deemed everything has been returned in its original condition. Please note, it can take our returns warehouse 3-5 business days to process return items, and once a refund has been initiated, it can take up to 10 business days for the returned funds to be available on the payment method you used on checkout. This is dependent on the payment method you used on checkout, and your bank’s processing times.

When will I receive my refund?

Once your return has been received, it can take our warehouse 5-10 business days to process the return. Once a refund has been initiated you’ll receive a notification from us. Refunds will only be returned to the original method of payment used on checkout. Refunds can take up to 10 business days to appear on your account due to the individual bank’s processing times

Faulty Goods

Please note, returns of faulty items will only be accepted if the goods were faulty when delivered. We at That Ara Girl take every effort to check your purchase thoroughly for any faults before dispatching. All items returned as faulty will be inspected on receipt and any items deemed to be subject to fair wear and tear will not be accepted as faulty. Similarly, we cannot accept responsibility for garments that have been damaged during washing if our wash instructions have not been followed. We will replace a faulty item if a replacement is in stock and available. If you wish to be sent a replacement, please make your request clear when contacting us about the fault.

If we cannot offer you a replacement, you will have the choice of receiving a credit note or a refund to your card to the value of the item at the time of purchase. Please note that refunds can take up to 30 days and are subject to regulations.
